The Niles ZE800 has the capacity to grind Ø800mm x 600mm face & tooth profiles from Module 1 (25.4DP) to Module 26 (0.9769DP) in straight or helical form including double helical.

The ZE800 has the capacity to grind DIN quality 1, and from a solid gear blank.
